Get to Know Dr. Ken Nguyen
Originally from El Cajon, CA, Dr. Ken Nguyen has been in the world of dentistry for well over two decades and is just as dedicated to improving patients’ smiles as the day he started. One of the best things about his job is getting to know families and seeing the children who visit us grow up over time. With his passion for helping others and making a positive impact in his community, he looks forward to meeting you and your little one(s) so that he can improve their pearly whites. Where Did You Study Dentistry?
Dr. Nguyen attended the University of California in San Diego for his undergraduate degree. He later went on to study at the University of Southern California for his Doctor of Dental Surgery. He also completed his Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of California, Los Angeles, and then went to the Lutheran Medical Center for his Pediatric Dentistry specialty. Today, he is board-certified and passionate about helping children achieve their healthiest smiles. Other than pursuing continuing education regularly to expand his knowledge and skills, he is also a member of the American Board of Pediatric Dentists.
Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?
Whenever he isn’t at the practice treating smiles and helping others, Dr. Nguyen is with his wife and enjoying his time with family and loved ones. He has two siblings who are also board-certified pediatric dentists. His hobbies involve playing tennis and traveling—especially so he can go to live concerts!
